The best physical therapist by far in Niseko. They are very professional. Thanks to them I could keep skiing during my trip. They really care about you and they make you feel like home.

Had the pleasure to visit NST for my 7y.o.s ski injury. Made an appointment online and also inquired via WhatsApp. They were quick to respond and Jessica, our physiotherapist, assessed and treated us very well. The facility is located conveniently at the AYA Niseko Hotel. It has all the necessary equipments and the place was pristine.

Highly professional with deep expertise in the field. Pin-pointed the trigger point of my muscle pain immediately and helped relief the pain efficiently. Excellent service as well

Highly recommend Niseko Sports Therapy based in the AYA Niseko hotel at the bottom of Family run in Hirafu. I had a 60 mins sports massage therapy with Seth who was very friendly, experienced and professional.

Had some ski related aches/pains and injury. Went twice during my stay, once for a post ski sports massage and second time because I injured my knee. The team was great - super knowledgeable and sensible advice - would highly recommend them!

Excellent sports massage — much needed after a 4 year break from snowboarding! Went into my final 2 days of the trip feeling brand new. Great service and awesome facilities. Highly recommend.

I hurt my shoulder on the slopes. Literally rode my snowboard right to the hotel, probably two minutes between getting off the board and walking into the physio clinic. I felt very taken care of, the assessment was thorough, therapists caring, and the treatment was high quality. Will definitely be coming back here for any future mishaps.
